CGL-WFS 1.1 is out

Latest version of WFS has some major improvements over 1.0.

I removed the QueryResult object creation from getFeature request processing. This caused the time required to create the GML to decrease. Also mySql results are no longer returned as vectors. I simply return the ResultSet object.

With the latest iprovements a streaming WFS should perform much faster.
